The Behavioural Insights Team is a unique organisation. Starting life inside No.10 Downing Street as the world’s first government institution dedicated to the application of behavioural sciences, we are now a world-leading consulting operation. Our mission is to help organisations in the UK and overseas to apply behavioural insights in support of social-purpose goals.

Right now we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Business Manager to help support our growth by providing end-to-end project management of our consultancy work, including: project qualification, bid management, contract management, scheduling of resources, quality assurance and client satisfaction. You will also support the Managing Director and Head of Operations in the development of the business strategy and keep an oversight of communications activities for the team.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or hold relevant project management qualifications and experience. You must also be flexible, creative, self-starting and able to rise to the challenges that face a new and fast growing business.
